System Policy

For the above mentioned products, in addition to Section 9 of the General Terms and Conditions (legal violations), the exclusion of the use of the service for

• the operation of applications for mining cryptocurrencies
• overclocking the CPU contrary to the manufacturer's recommendation
• running a Tor Exit Node is not permitted
• scanning foreign networks or foreign IP addresses
• the use of fake source IPs
• manually changing the hardware address (MAC)

Should myLoc become aware of such usage behavior, myLoc will assume willful action and, in accordance with Section 9 (5) of the General Terms and Conditions, the service will be blocked immediately without further notice. In particular if the rental object was damaged through improper use, myLoc reserves the right to provide evidence of higher damage (replacement value of the component, cost of repair) in accordance with Section 9, Paragraph 5 of the General Terms and Conditions.
